Homemade Jam Making 101

Discover the joy of making homemade jam using fresh fruit and simple ingredients. Whether you've never canned before or want to improve your skills, this hands-on class will teach you the basics of safe jam making, proper canning techniques, and creative flavor combinations. Each participant will prepare and take home a jar of homemade jam, along with recipes and tips for making more at home. Ages: 16 years and up
