This course is designed for Dental Assistants with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Course Requirements & Policies
This course requires a set of 4-6 caries-free molars/premolars set in stone. You may purchase this set if needed by clicking the link below under Related Products. Students not having a set of teeth properly prepared will be charged $100 if supplied by Grayson staff.
A Consent for Sealant Form must be signed by a Dentist specifying which teeth can be sealed on either the student or a student's approved volunteer. This form must be emailed to our office no later than 5 business days prior to class start date. Students will not be allowed to attend the class if consent form is not submitted. If the student does not have teeth that can be sealed, you must bring a volunteer with a sign consent form that can have their teeth sealed. Please contact our offfice is you will be utilizing a volunteer.
*A 7-day notice is required for cancellation. If you need to cancel or make changes to your registration, please contact Kelley Oakley-Handy at oakleyhandyk@grayson.edu.
Reschedule requests must be made prior to the start of class. All reschedule requests must be for the same class for a future date and will be permitted based on availability.
For dental practices only, student substitutions must be requested prior to start of class via email and students must meet the requirements listed above.
